For this Dolphin Birthday Cake I made two tiers – one with a Wilton 6 inch pan and one with a Wilton 8 inch pan. It is covered with blue marshmallow fondant and the fish and dolphins on the cake are also made out of fondant.
I sprayed the fondant with blue and yellow food color spray and the shells are actual seashells, also sprayed with food color spray.
You did a fantastic job. I can’t wait till you all are back here and we can come up with ideas together. This is a wonderful cake design.
I have been asked to do a dolphin cake for a friend…what did you use to get the shape of a dolphin? Please advise;
