I made this Dora cake using a store-bought cake mix and one carton of chocolate frosting and another of vanilla. I used regular food coloring to tint everything, or just mixed small portions of the chocolate and vanilla frosting.
I used the template from the Nick Jr. website and it proved to be easier than I thought.
