I baked a sponge cake for the base of the Duck Birthday Cake and iced it with colored whipping cream.
I used the 3-D duck pan for the duck. Anchored it with skewers to keep it standing and so it wouldn’t fall over. Just iced it and left it messy to look like feathers. Iced the bill orange and stuck on googly eyes!
