I made this Dukes of Hazzard Cake for my son’s fourth birthday. He loves anything that has to do with the Dukes. I used a 9×13 cake as a base and a loaf sized cake to cut the ramps. I cut the ramps at an angle and covered everything in a thin layer of icing. I bought the cars off of Ebay in a set for pretty cheap. I used crushed graham crackers for the dirt. I used a grass tip to make the grass and a piping tip to make the pond. I gently pushed the police car down in the cake and my sons first reaction was “THATS AWESOME” This was very easy to do and completely made his entire birthday!
