Homemade Eagle Scout Cake

This Eagle Scout Cake is a two tiered cake for an Eagle Scout. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with raspberry filling and the top tier is vanilla cake with raspberry filling. I was able to find the Eagle Scout logo and other Scout logos on edible rice images.

The cake is covered with butter cream frosting. The stripes and ropes are made from marshmallow fondant.

  2. This cake is awesome. My son is on track to finish his Eagle requirements in early Spring of 2014 and this is going in the idea file. Truly an amazing job and incredibly professional-looking. I am blown away.
