Homemade Easter Bunny Cake
I made this Easter bunny cake for Easter 2008. Its only a sheet cake but turned out pretty good. I dyed the coconut with green food coloring to make it look like grass. I even put a layer of cherry filling (Pie) bought from the bulk food barn. At the time I did not have any cake decorating tools, no special tips or icing bags. I used only plastic ziploc bags with a small hole for the icing, threw in some candy sprinkles and jellybeans and voila!
This year I have the right tools to make a better cake hopefully something a little more elaborate and if it turns out good like my Christmas cake I'll send the pic to you.
