Homemade Elmo Birthday Cake
This Elmo Birthday Cake is the second decorated cake I have ever made, so I was worried. I used an oval cake pan for the head and king sized muffin tin to make the eyes and nose. I just used Wilton's buttercream icing and regular chocolate cake.
Red is the worst color to try to get, so Elmo looked a little more salmon then true red.
I just used a star tip, mainly cause that's all I had.
My two year old nephew was happy so that's all that matters.
