Homemade Elmo Turns 2 Birthday Cake

My daughter is gluten intolerant, and loves Elmo! I hired the Wilton's tin and made a packet gluten free chocolate packet cake. I did it the easy way and used the pre made Betty Crocker icing and coloured it as needed, and used 'plastic' icing for the white bits which I did first because if coloured icing went on, it was easy to wipe off!

This Elmo Turns 2 Birthday Cake took me 2.5hrs and was a complete labour of love, but I was over the moon with how well it turned out!
