Coolest Engagement Cake
I used a Victoria Sponge recipe for this Engagement cake. I filled it with butter cream and jam. I covered it with Ganache and then rolled some Royal Icing to fill both the cake and the board.
I then cut strips of the same colored Royal Icing to drape over the cake from the center to the bottom. The roses were made using florist paste and the final touch were edible diamonds.
