I browsed and found many ideas from the other Finding Nemo birthday cakes on this site. I managed to come up with an original looking three-layer cake, with lots of tropical-colored candies and icing to border and be visually appealing.
I ordered a set of mini figurines off of EBay and used the characters on the corners, and a special Nemo candle that looked like it said ‘one’ at the very top.
It came out excellent and I was very pleased. Even her miniature two-layer cake came out great. Everyone loved them!
