Finding Nemo Cake

For my Finding Nemo cake I used a basic 9x13 cake and put it on a foiled board. I dyed white (store bought frosting) with food color to a light blue and frosted entire cake, very thick!

I then wet my frosting knife with water and made the "wave" affect in the frosting. I crushed graham crackers for the sand and added them to the bottom of the cake.

I tried to draw Nemo several times, but it just wasn't working, so I cut him out of one of the party napkins we had and placed on the cake. I outlined it in black, to hide the edges.

The seaweed and other plant life was hand drawn to add lots of bright color. I added some Wilton sparkle in blue to give it a little shine.
