Fire Truck Cake
I made 2 12 x 6 sponges for this fire truck cake. Cut in half and piled high with jam in center. The cab was cut and shaped from cut offs and stuck together with jam.
I covered it in red fondant and layered up the coloured fondant on top, i.e. the windscreen,ladder, wheels, bumper etc.
