Homemade Fish Birthday Cake
I made this Fish Birthday Cake for my nephew's first birthday, my sister told me she wanted a fish cake as her husband is all into fishing.
I went on to the internet and found a colouring picture of the shape I wanted, which I had photocopied to the size I needed, then I cut around this on the cake.
The cake was really easy once I got started. The blue is coloured fondant and I piped the middle with butter icing and outlined with licorice.
I had a lot of fun making this one.
