Homemade Flamingo Cake

This Flamingo Cake was one of my easiest cakes. The flamingo body is made of rice crispy treats. I skewered the neck onto the body.

It was critical to start this several days in advance and let the rice crispy treats dry out. A candle stick is holding it up. The pond below the flamingo is the only portion that is cake.
