Homemade Frogs in Swamp Birthday Cake
This is a Homemade Frogs in Swamp Birthday Cake made from a vanilla and almond three layer cake with strawberry filling. It was delicious.
After I covered with white buttercream I decorated with green grass all around the tops to make it looks like a swamp. Then I put green tinted piping gel in the middle to create the water.
Previously I had made the little frogs (named Coqui in Puerto Rico) with green gum paste and also I made the leaves so the Coquis will not go directly to the piping gel.
We had the extra big frogs that we used to decorate the table and the little leaves that we used to decorate the glass.
