Homemade Garden With Animals Birthday Cake
I decided to make a Homemade Garden With Animals Birthday Cake for my daughter's first birthday since she loves animals and flowers. I made a 4 inch cake made of carrot and chocolate and placed a filling in between layers. I then covered the cake with a thin layer of buttercream icing and pink fondant. I piped royal icing on the sides to form a vine and attached the flowers and the other decorations on top of the cake that are made of gum paste. The gum paste decorations were made ahead of time.
I was pleased that everyone liked the design.
