Homemade Gift Box Cake

This Gift Box Cake was a cake I made for my best friend's cousin. It was for a Baby Shower, it was actually just my second fondant cake. I made the fondant with marshmallows & 10x sugar (it taste great) adding pink coloring. I made it days before and also the chocolate fondant made with fondant already made and chocolate melts with cornsyrup adding brown coloring.

I made my cake the night before and put it on the refrigerator. In the morning I covered it with buttercream and started working on my fondant. I covered the cake with pink fondant and smoothed it out. I cut the strips for the bow (I put bouty napkin on the loop of the bow) until it got harder and has able to stay up. I also cut circle with the fondant cut outs. I brushed the circles with a wet small paint brush to stick the circles then steam it a little I should have done it more for more shine.
