Homemade Go Diego Go Theme Cake
When my daughter turned 3 she was obsessed with Go Diego Go. So I went with this theme for her birthday. I decided to make her cake instead of buying one. It was really easy.
I made a boxed cake mix in a 9x13 pan and frosted it with white frosting. I made a path with brown sugar and grass with green sugar. I used blue decorating gel to make water. At the store I bought a little Diego jeep and put it on the path. Then I got some Diego animals in a tube and put them in various places.
I also found this little animal set that came with lots of different stuff. I used a tree and log for decoration. Then I used some blue canned icing to pipe around the edges. Everybody loved it and I can't stress how easy it was.
