This entire Guitar Cake is edible. I made the guitar from a template, made from modelling paste and allowed to dry. I airbrushed in a variety of colours to get the wood grain look,
The guitar strings are spaghetti, calla lillies were made with white modelling paste and airbrushed as were the leaves. The music sheet is white modelling paste written with an edible ink pen.
