Homemade Guitar Cake

We downloaded a picture of the guitar and enlarged it to make two templates for this guitar cake. One for the guitar neck which we covered with chocolate bars and the second template we used two 9 " pans and two rectangle pans for the body.

We used buttercreme icing and fondant to make the knobs and frets. We used gold metallic cord for the guitar strings.
