Homemade Gymnastics Cake
I love this fun bright gymnastics cake.I made this cake with hot pink and bright green rolled fondant.
All the figures are hand formed of fondant. I make them in stages and attach them to the cake with buttercream. The stars are wired after being made 2 days ahead and left to dry. The girls names and medal were also prepareed ahead of time.
The cake was 2- tiers a 9" and 6" round. It would serve around 30-40 people. The Mom wanted a fun bright gymnastics cake and really told me to have fun with it.
The flavors were confetti which I also just used pink and green for and chocolate.
