Homemade Hamburger And Hot Dog Cakes

I made these Hamburger And Hot Dog Cakes as a surprise for my son's 28th birthday. In Australia we have hamburgers with the lot. I made a chocolate cake for the meat pattie. Fondant for the lettuce, tomato, cheese, egg, hot dog, kiwifruit for the pickles, dried apple (painted) for the onions, dried pineapple, jelly for the beetroot,lemon butter for the mayo and cream cheese with red colouring and icing sugar for the sauce.

I want to go to cake decorating classes now as all the family have put in their requests.
