Homemade Handy Manny Birthday Cake
I baked a sheet cake and covered it in white icing for this Homemade Handy Manny Birthday Cake. I traced Handy Manny out of a coloring book onto wax paper. I laid the wax paper down on the cake and used it as my guide to decorating Handy Manny. I read that you could use rice paper and it would dissolve in the icing and you can eat it. We just ate around Handy Manny since he was on wax paper.
I put graham crackers around the edge on the top. I put three dots of chocolate icing in between each cracker to look like nails on boards. I also used chocolate icing to make nails in the corners and edges of the cake.
I'm not sure where you can buy rice paper but I will be looking for it so I will have it next time.
