I created this Handy Manny cake for my son's 1st birthday and his favorite cartoon is Hanny Manny.

This was my first attempt decorating a cake myself. I really enjoyed it and plan on creating many more for many occasions.

I cannot believe this is your first cake! I have been doing cakes for about 4 years now and the first few I made did not turn out this good. You did a great job and I hope you continue!

My son is turning one very soon and just like yours...he loves Handy Manny. I would truly appreciate it if you could give me some pointers on how you made the cake, especially how you made the frosting look like real wood. It is truly amazing.

I love this cake. Your cake is what I based my son's 2nd birthday cake on. I didn't know what I was going to do for his cake but when I saw this I knew that was it! Thanks for sharing this with us.
