Homemade Hanna Montanna Birthday Cake

This Hanna Montanna Birthday Cake was my second attempt at a fondant cake (it was my daughters 10TH birthday ). My first attempt wasn't very good. It took me 24 hours and I put too much fondant on it and the cake looked a little chubby. This cake I was a little more relaxed, it took me about 3 hours, what a difference.

I used white cake an white icing, and a Wilton doll cake pan. I bought Wilton ready to use fondant and colored it pink. I used Wilton's flower cutter to cut out the fondant flowers with a dab of butter cream in the middle of flowers. I used a real Hanna Montanna Barbie doll.
