Coolest Hat Cake 6

Tea Party Hat Cake
For my daughter's 9th birthday, we had a tea party with her friends and their mothers. I made her a hat cake.
I used scalloped butter cookies dipped in vanilla bark to do the brim. I baked the dome part in a glass bowl. I used the star tip to apply icing. I put a ribbon around it and silk flowers.They aren't pictured.
