Homemade Haunted House Cake

This haunted house cake was for my office's Halloween Party. It is a 9 inch round on the bottom with an 8 inch round on top. I should have used dowels between the layers, but the leaning cakes actually turned out well. It ended up looking like a winding road leading up to the house on the top of the hill.

I made another cake to cut up and use as the house. I held it together by using tooth picks and also stuck it into the cake with toothpicks. I frosted some Milano cookies with grey frosting to look like tombstones and placed Jack O' Lantern PEEPS and gummy bats all around the side of the cake.
