Homemade Hello Kitty Birthday Cake
I made this Hello Kitty Birthday Cake for my daughter's third birthday. It is a two tier "Fun-fetti" cake mix with a layer of buttercream frosting. I covered the cake with a homemade marshmallow fondant and made colored polka dots from the fondant.
I added a pink fondant bow and a cute Hello Kitty candle.
