Homemade Hello Kitty Birthday Cake
My girls' birthdays are 2 days apart and they both wanted a Hello Kitty Birthday Cake this year. I took a 13 x 9 pan and cut out the shape of Hello Kitty's head by using a parchment paper cutout that I had previously made.
I frosted the cakes and used black licorice for the whiskers and decorating icing for the remainder of the face. I also used a real ribbon for the bow.
