Coolest Hello Kitty Birthday Cake

I made this Hello Kitty Birthday Cake for my daughter who happened to be turning 23, and just LOVES Hello Kitty. It was a rich chocolate cake covered in a marshmallow fondant. I made the bow out of white modeling chocolate, covered it in pink fondant and sprinkled it with pink sugar crystals.

I almost couldn’t get her to cut the cake because she felt like keeping it whole. I also made Hello Kitty cake pops to match.
