This Hello Kitty birthday cake was one of the coolest cakes I’ve done. I started with a 14″ round cake. I decorated it in all different colors that matched our plates and balloons. Then I made the Hello Kitty face by using a pan that I got online. Then I put the head on top of the round cake and decorated it.
It turned out great and fed about 50 people!!
