This cake is my first attempt to bake. I decided to buy a hello kitty cake mold and do a project. I have never tried baking anything in my entire life and had never taken any baking classes… so prepping was a bit challenging.
This is a cinnamon swirl cake with butter cream icing. The eyes and whiskers are made of Licorice by Jellybeans. I am happy of how cute this homemade Hello Kitty cake turned out and I am pretty sure it tastes as good as it looks.
