Coolest Hello Kitty Cake 50

Hello Kitty Cake

I made this Hello Kitty cake for my 6 year old sister. She really wanted a Hannah Montana cake, but I had no idea how to do that! So I made her this one, and she ended up loving it! I used cherry chip boxed cake mix, and home made butter cream icing.

(1 cup butter, 1 cup Crisco, 6-7 cups sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp milk. My secret is whipping it forever in my stand mixer to give it a more smooth finish and it tastes wonderful, not too sweet!)

I used a small cup to outline Kitty's head; I lightly pushed it in twice, side by side to make an oval shape.

I really liked the colors I used in the cake! It was very fun to make!
