Homemamde Hello Kitty Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake
This Hello Kitty Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake was for my daughter's birthday. The bottom layer was a strawberry cake with lemon frosting. The smaller top layer was a vanilla.
I covered the bottom cake with pink fondant and then striped it with yellow. For the Hello Kitty I traced the picture onto the cake with pin pricks and then iced the design.
She was over the moon with it.
