Hello Kitty Cake

This Hello Kitty Cake is on a 1/4 sheet crumb coated and frosted first. I bought a cheap Hello Kitty coloring book and found the perfect image to place on this birthday cake. I took tinted piping gel and wax paper and traced the image onto the wax paper then transferred the image onto the cake.

Careful, now your image is reversed! Outline the image with a #2 tip and fill in all colors with #3. Shell border the bottom and reverse shell the top border. This is an easy technique to do with any favorite character cake to ensure the perfect image!
