Homemade Soccer Ball Birthday Cake
I got the idea for this Soccer Ball Birthday cake from a website. It was only my second try at a fondant cake and, believe me, if I can do it then anyone can!
The base was a Three Milk cake with caramel frosting. The grass was flaked coconut with some green coloring gel. The soccer ball was a chocolate cake that I made in a pyrex bowl, and it has caramel frosting as well. The soccer ball is covered in MMF and oreos from the 100 calories bags; I then used a toothpick to make the small holes.
