Homemade Thanksgiving Turkey Cake

I made this Homemade Thanksgiving Turkey Cake for my daughter's thanksgiving feast. It is 100% edible and handmade. I made the face, legs, wings, banner, tail, and ax out of marshmallow fondant, then I covered with with chocolate ganache.

After it set, I drew the chocolate feathers. As for the grass, I died coconut flakes. To shape the tail, I created the stencil in Word and then printed and cut it and used it as a template to cut the various layers of fondant. Same procedure for the wings. It was fun to make!
