Homemade Topsy Turvy Birthday Cake
My daughter Lily wanted a Punk Rock Princess party so I came up with this Topsy Turvy Birthday cake.
The bottom tier was covered in lavender fondant and I painted the print with buttercream. The top tier was pink fondant covered with black stripes, cut out of fondant. The stars were also fondant which were cut and painted with black gel and then covered in black edible glitter. The pearls were rolled fondant with luster dust. Everyone went crazy over it!
