This is a 007 James Bond 21st Birthday Cake Idea. I used a plain vanilla sponge for the cake, which is layered and covered with vanilla butter icing. The covering is white roll out icing.
Little hint: When covering plain sponge with roll out or fondant icing, cut the shape out first if possible and then freeze it, as this makes it easier to work with the icing, cause you have a solid base.
