Homemade Jeep Cake
I love making cakes. I mainly make them for my 10 kids and 8 grand kids! I'm the cake maker of the family! I've made Princess Castle cakes, to Elmo cakes, to trucks and Lego cakes.
This Jeep Cake was made for my grandson, Mason. When I asked him what kind of cake he wanted, he told me a Jeep cake coming out of a mud hole, so that's what I did. For the Jeep part of the cake, I actually used a train mold and cut it to look like a Jeep. I then made the "mud" part of the cake out of chocolate solid cake, and crumbled cake on the top. I used Fondant to cover the Jeep part of the cake. The mud puddle was made out of chocolate frosting.
My grandson loved it, and so did the rest of the family! Thank you and I hope you also, like my cake!
