Homemade Jonas Brohters Emblem
Well, we've all heard about the new-comers, super celebrities, the Jonas Brothers. I make cakes by order and one day, someone ordered a Jonas Brothers Emblem cake, made out of cupcakes.
Now, as easy as it can look, it's really tricky to work with cupcakes, you have to choose the really nice ones, that have the same size, to go in the middle, so the main picture wont look deformed.
And doing the logo wasn't that easy either, you can see it has a lot of swirls, and it had to look as perfect as it could, so that took most of my time doing this cake.
The "JB" was pretty easy. After that I just looked at my daughter's CD to see what colour it was. I used devil's food cake mix, and traditional Wilton frosting with tip #18 so it would be easier and it would look fluffy and rich.
The cupcake pan is #73, which is the one I mostly recommend, because kids will enjoy their portion, and will not waste any of it.
Another cool thing about the cupcakes, is that you don't need a knife, plates and forks, just a napking per kid.
