Homemade Jungle Cake

This Jungle Cake was made for my niece's baby shower. Was easy to make, I just used white cake and the filling was jet marshmallow puff and cream cheese and strawberries. First thing I did was dye the coconut green, in a big bowl add water and green food coloring, mix well, let sit for few minutes when it's the right shade of green, remove and place in a fine strainer spread out thin on a cookie sheet and put in the oven on 250 until dry.

Bake your cake (any size or shape), after it's cooled, fill and frost. Take the green coconut and place on sides and partial top take blue frosting and place on top of the cake and use toothpick to swirl to look like water. I used candy that looks like rocks for around the water.

Place you favorite jungle animals and a few trees and your done.
