I made this Jungle Safari Birthday Cake for my son’s first birthday. I used buttercream frosting for the filling and marshmallow fondant to cover. The animals are also made from marshmallow fondant using the instructions from Wilton.
The clouds and lettering are made with buttercream frosting. The palm tree trunks are Oreo sticks and the leaves are paper. I used crushed graham cracker for the sand/dirt and candy rocks.
