This Lego cake is for my nephew’s 7th birthday. He loves Lego. So, for his birthday, I made 2 9×13 chocolate cakes. One is cut to size for the second layer then all were filled with chocolate buttercream then covered all three cakes with colored Italian buttercream. I also baked brownies and use a tea candle tins to cut the brownies for the connectors, perfect size. The Lego toys are my nephews; I sanitized them before putting them on the cake.
Everybody loved the cake and all the kids enjoyed it and can’t get enough of it.
