Homemade Lego Star Wars Cake
My son wanted a Star Wars Lego party and I wanted the perfect Lego Star Wars Cake to go along with it. I didn't care for any of the Lego cakes that I was finding on the internet. When I created his invitation, we changed the Star Wars to Bryce Wars and the idea came from that along with other pics that we pulled the ideas from.
The cake is made from 4 10" cakes stacked and trimmed. Iced with buttercream frosting and then covered in marshmallow fondant. The letters and numbers are made from fondant. The stars on top are candy molded suckers covered in fondant and Yoda was made, courtesy of my wonderfully creative neighbor. Added details were simply Legos and Lego star war characters.
We were very pleased with how it all turned out, I hope you all like it.
