Homemade Little Einsteins Cake
I used a large glass mixing bowl and a 8" cake pan for this Little Einsteins Cake. Placed the dome cake on top of the 8" cake and iced it red. The wings of the space ship are iced Twinkies.
I then used dots to make the ship's lights. The picture of the kids is from the party invitation. This was the first cake I ever iced myself so it looks a little rough. It was still a cool cake though.
