My name is Christa and this Little Girls Diaper Cake is my first diaper cake. It was very fun to make. You can just let your imagination explode when it comes to these kind of things.

Now, about the cake. It is a little girl's diaper cake. It is made up of three tiers and has a total of seventy-two diapers in it. Each tier has a receiving blanket wrapped around and tucked into it, then pinned in the back. There is 2 bottles inside of the cake, a 8 oz bottle and a 4 oz bottle, which I filled with Jolly Ranchers for the mommy-to-be. There is ribbon around each tier being held in place by safety pins. The ribbon also helps to hold some of the supplies onto the cake.

What's on the cake? On the bottom tier there is a sticker on the front that says "It's a Girl", and on the back there is a bow that I made and it has a pacifier clip in it. On the middle tier there is a small bottle of baby lotion, baby shampoo, and baby wash. There is also two teething rings, shaped like a hand and a foot. There is 2 pacifiers and 2 medicine spoons. There is also a bib that says "thank heaven for little girls" which is on the back.

On the top tier there is a brush and comb set and a spoon in the front. There's a Kitten with a pacifier in it's mouth sitting on the cake. There is also a medicine dropper beside the kitten and a syringe in the middle of the top tier. There is bunny booties on the Kitten along with a clip in it's hair.

I worked very hard on this cake but I really enjoyed it and loved the look on the mommy-to-be's face when she saw it.

hi! great job! im wondering how you wrapped and tucked the linen around the diapers in such a seamless fashion. not too many diaper cakes are made that way so that no diapers can be seen. How did you do it? Thanks
