Little Mermaid Cake

The shell of this Little Mermaid cake was molded from a shell dish using Wilton gum paste. The water and glittery decorations are pulled sugar.

The rest is buttercream piped onto the cake. I used a doll for the torso and head. The tail is made from fondant with a cake center.
