This was my daughter’s 9th birthday cake. I had a blast making it, almost like landscaping. The idea had been in my head for ages, and on the day I just started cutting away at the chocolate cakes I had made. Then the icing made the sand and hills, various green tufts and leaves for the pre-made flowers. The fun part was the blue jelly for the pond. I purchased some littlest pets as cake toppers. My daughter couldn’t have been happier, her friends raved about it.
