Homemade Littlest Pet Shop Toys Cake
This Littlest Pet Shop Toys Cake was a lot of fun to make. I had never heard of Littlest Pet Shop before. A friend of my sister-in-law had seen pictures of my work and asked her to ask me if I would consider taking on her request. I am always up for good challenge so I started working on it.
It took me about 6 days to make all of the different animals, I kept looking on the Littlest Pet Shop website to find the birthday girl's favorite animals. I was told there were going to be 9 children at the party so I had to make at least 9 pets. The cake was 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 white with a white butter cream icing. As I was putting it together the creativity came alive and I kept adding more and more. The mountain was made from a soccer ball cake pan. The water running down was blue cake icing and the log is fondant.
Everything on the cake is edible except for the sucker sticks I used to keep the horsey in.
